Dual-Motor Polywog

I got both motors operating, one in a reversed direction, both under the control of one Arduino system. I mis-spoke a bit during the video, as there are two Arduinos, not one. One will be on the inside of the Phish and one on the outside. The one on the outside takes input from the user, to adjust power and frequency, and sends these instructions to the one on the inside. The one on the inside will receive the instructions and output a control signal to the motors. I am now very close to getting this new motor system in the water!
